GREATER CAMPAIGN

HELP US MAKE A GREATER IMPACT ON OUR CITY

The goal of the GREATER initiative is to reach more people who don’t know Jesus. Funds need to be raised to realize this goal of building a larger facility.

WHY

Because our desire is to reach our community for Jesus by offering space to welcome those who don’t normally attend church and/or don’t know Jesus.

During the GREATER initiative (Dec 23’ - Dec 25’), funds will be raised by Cornerstone people who are committed to a GREATER sacrifice- above their normal giving, for the next 25 months.

HOW

OUR NEED

HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE

Courageously

Give boldly; see what God can do.  "Test Me now in this", says the Lord. - Malachi 3:10

Creatively

Think non-cash gifts: real estate, boats, cars, stocks, bonds, etc.

Consistently

Weekly or monthly giving through the end of 2025.

Whether you are beginning to tithe, are already consistent in your tithing, or have decided to give above and beyond through both a tithe and offerings, use this tool below to help guide you as you prayerfully consider your involvement in the GREATER Initiative.

WHERE ARE YOU IN YOUR GENEROSITY JOURNEY

FIRST-TIME GIVER

A First-Time Giver is someone who decides to give for the first time, out of a response to God’s Word about giving.

CONSISTENT GIVER

A Consistent Giver is someone who decides to give something and gives it regularly to exercise the discipline of giving regularly. Often, someone who decides to make their give an online recurring gift will be someone who is learning the behavior of consistency.

INTENTIONAL GIVER

A Intentional Giver is someone who begins to think about making their giving an intentional choice that redirects how they prioritize their spending. This may be the point of intentionality when someone begins to tithe, redirecting intentionally about a certain amount or percentage they want to give to God.

SACRIFICIAL GIVER

A Sacrificial Giver is someone who recognizes the cost Christ paid on the cross for us and is honoring God with 100% of their resources as a result. A Sacrificial Giver gives in a way that changes them. Their giving governs their spending and saving rather than their spending and saving governing their giving. They seek to honor God with 100% of what He has given them, whether direct monetary giving or a God-honoring use of an existing resource like a home or vehicle.

LIFETIME GIVER

A Lifetime Giver is someone who thinks about the long-term effects of generosity rather than month-to-month generosity or even year-to-year. A Lifetime Giver makes decisions in the short-term to have long-term effects as it relates to their generosity capacity.
